2.1. Booking form

When you submit the booking form, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Property address or district
  • Property size and description
  • Preferred call time

2.2. Automatically collected data

When you visit our website, we (or our service providers) collect automatically:

  • IP address (anonymised)
  • Browser type and language
  • Device type
  • Visit time and pages viewed
  • Referring website

3. How we use your data

  • To fulfil your booking — contact you at the time you specified. Legal basis: consent and contract performance (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
  • To present offers — send relevant property listings or service quotes. Legal basis: contract performance.
  • Website operation and analytics — to understand site usage and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Legal compliance — accounting, tax, real-estate registry requirements. Legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Who we share data with

We never sell your data and we don't share it with third parties for marketing. We may share data only with:

  • Our service providers (cloud hosting, email, analytics) — strictly limited to what's required
  • The notary — when a transaction proceeds and documents need to be prepared
  • The Register Centre (Registrų centras) — when ownership transfers
  • The Tax Inspectorate (VMI) — as required by law
  • Law enforcement — when legally required

5. Retention periods

  • Booking data — 6 months after last contact if no contract is signed
  • Client transaction data — 10 years after transaction completion (LT Archives Act)
  • Accounting records — 10 years (LT Tax Administration Act)
  • Cookies — per cookie policy (typically up to 24 months)

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access information about what data we hold
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Port your data to another controller
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)
  • Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI)

7. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures: HTTPS encryption, access restrictions, periodic security audits. However, no internet transmission method is 100% secure.

8. International data transfers

Some service providers (e.g. Google Analytics, cloud storage) may process data outside the European Economic Area. We ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you learn that we have received a child's data, please contact us.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect. Policy version and effective date are at the top of this page.
